It is done the post of some kind of contents from history.amebbs.com to 208.142.182.216 by an unfair tag. 
I think that I am similar even if I change a certain address in a tag.

http://www.amebbs.com/ is currently misconfigured, and tries to redirect every single request to http://www.amebbs.com/403.html. But there's also a redirect problem - it keeps redirecting continuously.  Internet Explorer 6 keeps loading the page indefinitely, but Firefox will stop after a few attempts.

Enabling/disabling cookies, or enabling/disabling them for third party sites doesn't help, and it doesn't work in Internet Explorer 6 either, so it's probably a website error.
