After reattaching the doc file the user is getting the error regarding the server

When i have attached a doc file to a bugid which is already in resolved status then i got the error regarding the SQL but the attachment is added to the list but i am not able to see it. The attachment is in deleted status.

Looks like a support question, see http://www.bugzilla.org/support/. Bugzilla 3.0.x is very stable, and such errors have never been reported in the last 2 years.
