As previously discussed (some time ago now), I would like to apply for commit access to the Trace Monkey repository (at hg.mozilla.org/tracemonkey).

I have copied a few people who were involved in the discussion a while back.

I do not believe that I need super-reviewer approval because I am contributing only to the JavaScript module.

I attempted to fax the form to Erica (on [phone]) as per the instructions*, but apparently got no response from the fax machine at your end. Did you receive anything?

Can you attach a scan to this bug?  That'll very likely do, until we figure out the mysteries of the fax.
