Alerts service should use nsIXULAppInfo to get the application name when branding is not available

Details

Currently the alerts service falls back to "Mozilla" when no branding has been defined. This is probably a poor choice since it is more likely to be an external app produced by someone other than Mozilla that has no branding defined. nsIXULAppInfo should give a far better name to use
