496620 - add photo and improve the contact card pane layout

this bug is a spin off of bug 119459 specifically for the card pane layout so we have some place to bike shed over pixels sizes that isn't the other bug.

We probably need to start by taking an account of the elements currently possible in the card pane as well as what's available to show.  This catalog of items is not intended for us to just re-layout everything with an added image; while we are here we might as well actually design the thing.

So instead of just doing a re-layout of the existing card we should work on some ideas for what is necessary, valuable, and possible in this card layout.

An idea that spawned while drafting a reply to Bug 119459
Currently we support buttons in Contact Cards for Google Maps if We have addresses entered in the proper Card fields. 

Can we also have in Card links for services such as Facebook and LinkedIn? Just a simple way to launch the default browser. The idea here is, if a Card has a URI for a Facebook image, that We linkify it. Related to this is, do we want such a Facebook type content to be in addition to a photo.

This is not so much an RFE idea as a suggestion; that card layout will not be adversly effected later if such a capability is added nativly or by extension.
