In Firefox 3.5b4, mousing over the promo module stops the auto-rotation as expected. But in Firefox 3, the promo module keeps rotating.
To the insightful, this was quite obvious when watching your screencast ;)
Does this have to do with the mouseenter stuff? I don't think this blocks launch.

Tried to reproduce with Fligtar, couldn't. Marking as wontfix.
