Any visual designs for this yet? Not sure what this looks like or how the interaction works? Where does this blacklist element live?
Correct me if I'm wrong, Nick - I believe the blacklist functionality will be accessible via admin pages. If there are wireframes or UI comps of this feature, let us know. Thanks.

If you need us to design something let us know.
Out of curiosity, how can we get to & see the admin pages from addons.mozilla.org? I'm assuming an admin user is different than a end user or add-on author who creates an account on AMO, yea? Mark: according to my notes, the UI for blacklisting a tag doesn't have to be super fancy. Mozilla just needs it to be easy to use and functional. Feel free to come up with a UI that you think makes sense. Feel free to run it by Nick or Wil if you have any questions.

Looks like Patrick took care of this. Reassigning.

This should capture these requirements - this new pane off admin tools->list manager->tags gives a paginated, sortable list of all the tags, with blacklist toggling for each tag, and a form where you can add new tags, all of which will be blacklisted. As of r28278.
Created bug 500456 to track unit tests for this task.
