Do you see a ID of a report mentioned in <about:crashes> (type this in the location bar and press Enter) ?
"--> beim senden der meldung ist ein fehler aufgetreten" It seems the crahs reporter fails to submit the report and in that case you will not get a crash ID. Reporter: Do you use a Firewall that could prevent sending the Report ? The only solution if sending the rport isn't working is to use Windbg

thx for your answers. 5 min ago i wanted to write this message when my mozilla has cloes himself again. there you can see a picture: http://www.pic-upload.de/view-2319398/mozilla_bug.jpg.html i only use avira antivir and the windows firewall.
You get a runtime error, in that case you have to use this instructions: http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_with_WinDbg On most cases such errors are caused by external binary code for example plugins (about:plugins) or addons with binary code.
