The developer profile pages let developers explain why they've created an add-on and what they're doing next.

Requirements:
1. Integrates user profile data at the top for the developer
2. Shows what's next and "why i created this" sections
3. (optional) shows contribution with a variety of flows
4. Supports multiple developers (but only if there's no contribution)

Note, when users click the contribute link from either the developer page or the listing page, they will get a pop-up that asks them if they want to donate the suggested amount or a different one:

2 things to note:

1) Redirection to other products doesn't work (so, going to a thunderbird add-on still says "add-ons for firefox" at the top.  Wenzel fixed this bug a while ago for display pages, not sure how it affects other pages.  We can split it off if you want.

2) The box at the top shows the _contribution_ask and the blue button stacked on the left and then the other text stacked on the right instead of the blue button floating to the right.  This makes the whole contribution box larger than it should be.
