Visiting www.mozilla.com with Mac OS X 10.3 should not offer Firefox 3. It should show some kind of warning, and make it possible to download Firefox 2, I guess.

Firefox 2 doesn't include the Mac OS X version in the user agent, so we probably can't prevent them from being offered Firefox 3. But Safari does, so we can at least keep those users. The next time we unsupport a version of Mac OS X, we'll be in a better position because Firefox 3 does include this information in the user agent string, and we'll be able to reuse this code.

Split from bug 426476.
