497019 - form fill should integrate with system address book

There is likely some good cross over from the OS's native address book (and/or user's email program address book) and form fill data. For example, if you're filling in a web page form for an email address or mailing address, you might want to use data that's already stored elsewhere. It might even be interesting to have form fill save things into the address book (that would obviously be trickier; we don't fill the address book with junk).
