Details
While working on Electrolysis stuff, I've come across a problem that wants a queue data structure. We have nsDeque, but it stores |void*|s and I therefore refuse to use it. I'm not going to write a typesafe one anytime soon because I can use the STL <queue> for the moment.
A simple but not necessarily optimal way to build these would be to use nsTArray.
I would prefer that queue/deque NOT be threadsafe, even as a non-default option.

If we were to implement mozilla::List/Queue/Deque, it would be really nice if they had an STL-like API.
