Build Identifier: version 2.0.0.21 (20090302)
It's only possible to set tags in the message list but not in the Compose Window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new message window
2. There's no TAG entry in the OPTIONS menu or anywhere else
Actual Results:
If someone one wants to attribute a tag to an outbound message, he/she must send the message, then go to the Sent message list and attribute the tag.
Expected Results:
The OPTIONS menu should have a TAG entry, next to the PRIORITY setting.
For example, this makes it impossible to use the tags mechanism to flag an outbound message as "waiting for an answer", and use it after in a Saved Search filtering to identify such messages (as a way to implement a GTD best practise).
