497233 - Firefox users shouldn't see the /ie.html redirect

Description

STR:

1. Load http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ using Firefox
2. Click on the Firefox logo or "Learn More", both of which go to /firefox
3. Cry as you get redirected to the IE-specific pages with multi-colored buttons

Expected:

You're a Firefox users, so you deserve better!  (Where better should be /firefox/firefox.html)

NB: this used to work, so was probably a bad merge/rules rewrite

Pretty sure this was caused by bug 492419; thanks to Alix for the find, BTW.

So, when this gets fixed (and while the patch is being worked up), we need to check that:

1) Firefox 3+ users get sent to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html
2) Firefox < 3 users get sent to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upgrade.html
3) IE users get sent to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html
4) All other users get sent to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html

Indeed it is, thanks, Jeremy -- I ran through the testcase in comment 2.

BTW, I'm going to post this on my cube so we'll be sure to test this whenever we have something new on Mozilla.com like those buttons (which I also re-tested) :-)
