By Viewing the Source of a Selection or even an entire page, special characters, for instance the copyright symbol, or the combined ae, are shown, rather than the actual source for those characters.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just view the source of some character, like for "Phaedo", (combined ae) on this page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvard_Classics
Actual Results:  
As detailed.

Expected Results:  
When the source of a page is viewed, the actual encoding, not the encoding translated as if it was the browser rendering the source, should be shown.

Phædo is how it's spelled in the original source of the page. Just look at <http://web-sniffer.net/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2Fwiki%2FHarvard_Classics> if you don't believe me.
