Serious bug, very surprised you didn't spot it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the page 2. Compare to internet explorer 3.
Try this: 1. put about:config into the address bar, enter, click through any warning 2. paste gfx.color_management.mode into the filter box 3. double-click that pref to edit the value to 0 4. restart Firefox and see the photos look normal again 5(i) investigate the faulty color correction profile your monitor has to change it, or 5(ii) throw your monitor out the window.

Steps 1-4 totally worked, thanks very much for incredibly fast response. Didn't need to look at colour correction profile for monitor - in all respects other than firefox, the monitor is performing as normal.

If disabling the color management fixes the issue it either means that the photos have the wrong color information or your monitor color profile is broken. You can not compare with IE because IE doesn't use color correction, use an image application that is doing that. I can not see a bug here on our side.

Many thanks - I see what you say. I'll look at the calibration software for the monitor. At least I know now what the trouble was, and that far from being a firefox fault, it's really a feature.

You should look at the activated profile, maybe it's broken and you can choose a generic type or if you can try to get a updated version from your monitor vendor.
