Details
If an add-on package adds sidebars that have to be avalible offline/locally,
they have to store html files in the user's profile directory to ensure they are
not overwritten. For an example of this, see Dino:

This should be an easy modification, I think :).

Have you tried installing to getFolder("Current User")?
That's an icky name from 4.x, I'm going to check-in "Profile" as a synonym for
the same directory. I haven't tried "Current User" in a while, but the code
looks fine. Please let me know if I can close this out.
"Current User" is still supported. It has been working fine for quite some
time. Ccing David.

With QA's validation of "Current User" working I'm closing this WORKSFORME.
