STR: 1. With the June 11 nightly, open Tools/Add-Ons. 2. Select an installed add-on. 3. Press the APPLICATIONS key or Shift+F10 to bring up the context menu. 4. Press Up or Down arrow. Expected: Focus should move to the available menu items of the popup menu. Actual: No focus change. Suspect this is a regression from bug 397986.
