497604 - HTML5 scrubber end time indication should be equal to the duration of entire clip

Currently, when a clip (audio/video) finishes, the current time indication on the scrubber thumb is one second less than the actual duration of the clip (video/audio) - which, ultimately does not look right.

Tested on b99, latest 1.9.1 and trunk

STR:

1. Play an entire clip (i..e, see URL)
2. Watch at the end the scrubber will display (0:07/0:08)

AR:

1. Scrubber thumb displays (0:07) [actual 0:08]

ER:

1. Scrubber thumb should display (0:08) [actual 0:08]

Forgot to mention, this behavior is exhibited when controls are not drawn on the screen (no hover over controls)

This should be fixed as part of bug 496456. When that lands I'll comment here to retest and see if it fixes the issue.

this is WFM on trunk using today's nightly Minefield/3.6a1pre ID:20090612044138 which includes the fix for bug 496456.
