In multiple tab situations (2 or more tabs), tabs that are dragged to the windows taskbar minimize the window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up multiple tabs
2. Drag one of the tabs to the windows taskbar and hold it there until the window minimizes
3. Release mouse-button
Actual Results:
Browser minimizes in step 2 and then shows up two windows. One of the original browser window and another with the dragged tab.
Expected Results:
Browser window shouldn't minimize in the middle of the operation.

The video is cut off at the bottom so I can't see where the tab is being
dragged to.
On Windows, dragging onto the blank area of the taskbar is supposed to minimize
all windows. It does this in other applications as well.
The only bug I can see is that dragging onto the taskbar button for Firefox
should restore (unminimize) it, but that isn't happening.
