49762 - Classic: BIFF icon fails to appear

Win32 (2000-08-21-08 M18)
Linux (2000-08-21-12 M18)

1. Launch Messenger
2. Do a Get Msg to load all messages
3. Set Prefs "Check for new messages every 1 minute" in Accont Setup, Click OK.
4. Switch to Classic skin from Preference->Appearance->themes
5. Eixt/relaunch Messenger
6. From another account, send a message to this account (either IMAP or POP)
7. After 1 minute, Observe that..
Actual result: BIFF icons do not appear in the Account Level, Folder, Thread
pane and Taskbars(Browser and Messenger)

Expected result: It should appear in all of above

This occurs in both POP and IMAP accounts on Win_nt and Linux.
Mac works fine.
