In almost all other Mac apps, you can move a window by dragging any unoccupied area in the window chrome, including all toolbar and status bar areas.

In FF, you can only move a window by dragging title bar only, which behavior is NOT consistent with all other Mac user experience.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to move any FF window by dragging window chrome other than title bar.

Actual Results:
The window does not respond to the dragging.

Expected Results:
The window should respond to the dragging.
