Feature Request: a double click on a tab should open this tab in a new browser window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. double click on tab
2. nothing happens …
3. it would be nice if this would open that tab in a new window
Actual Results:  
nothing happens right now, so this action should be "free"

Expected Results:  
a new windows with that tab contents opens (and the tab should close in its original place I think)

This would be undiscoverable as an intended behavior, too easy to do accidentally, and irreversible. It would also cause data loss under the currently-possible tab->window implementation.

Once we can safely move tabs to new windows, we'll allow tearing out and docking, which is much more intuitive, consistent with other browsers, and has an obvious way to reverse the action. For now, the Move Tab to New Window context menu item is as much as we want to expose the current behavior.
