It takes over 2 minutes for anything to be displayed. I can see the process is running but nothing is presented on the screen.  It was fine until 3.5 Beta 4.  I don't think it happened as part of the upgrade but some time after.

IE6 works fine so it is not the firewall (Kaspersky).

It performs fine once loaded.

I cleared all the history.  I was going to try a few things and the first one worked.
