  In the Newsgroup pane, i have the list of postings on top right, with selected posting on bottom right with adjustable "bar" divider.
  In NetScape7.2, that "bar" is "infinitely" adjustable BUT refuses to go to the top; the bar in Netscape goes to the top.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Mail & Newsgroups
2.Select any NG with postings
3.Make sure Layout is Classic View
4.Attempt to move horizontal divider "bar" all the way up so no postings are seen.
At best, 4 posting is the minimum.

Actual Results:  
At best, 4 posting is the minimum.

Expected Results:  
"Bar" to be adjustable for zero listings; just like in NetScape 7.2 (and earlier).
