textfield background in Edit Type dialog appear gray

Steps:

Go to Edit|Prefs|Navigator|Helper Applications
To enable the 'Edit' button , you have to add a mime type. I added acrobat 
reader to the helper apps list (see bug  49825 and manually add the path to the 
application).
Once the Edit button gets enabled, click on it. Observe that the very first time 
nothing happens, click again and a 'Edit Type' dialog pops up. Notice that the 
textfields are grayed out but are stil editable.

Expected: Textfields should have white background.

this is really a global prefs issue, editor is only responsible for the composer 
options section and not the overall workings of the pref panel. Reassigning to
