498315 - can't use 3 quarters of the functions of firefox (back, forward, etc)

I recently upgraded to Mozilla 3.0.11, but the following features don't work:
 - Back and Forward
 - Refresh
 - Bookmarks
and I also can't type in 'F:/stuff.html' but I can type in 'F:\stuff.html'
and just 1 more thing. The address bar doesn't change.
(I am using Windows XP SP1 - not 1a)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start up Firefox
2. Try in one of the scenarios
3. It doesn't work properly!!!
Actual Results:  
All the things that I mentioned in the description wouldn't function correctly.

Expected Results:  
The software SHOULD have, well, allowed me to do those things...

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 1 (Simplified Chinese)
Firefox is loaded from D:/Mozilla Firefox/firefox.exe

Sounds like you may have a busted theme or addon. Can you try the steps here and see if they help?
