Details
After seeing the umpteenth question on feedback about where the {back button, forward button, home button, location bar, entire toolbar} went, it occurred to me that we should have a FAQ for this, since it is fact FA. Something like: "I lost a button in my toolbar! How do I get it back?"
Since we have docs on customizing the toolbar, the answer could probably just be instructions on showing the toolbar if it's hidden and then a pointer to that entry if only individual buttons are missing.
