The language pack for ta-LK doesn't install because install.rdf ends up with leading whitespace, causing an XML parsing error.
There is mixed blame on various differing line endings in ta-LK/browser/defines.inc, and the build process not dealing with that.
We should fix the line endings in ta-LK, at least.
Sarves, I have a patch, or, if you want, I can just land that, too.

This is actually for ta-LK, and still valid.
Component: ta / Tamil → ta-LK / Tamil (Sri Lanka)

We're not shipping ta-LK anywhere, mass closing. In case, we'll need to review the whole localization from scratch.
