Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.facebook.com
2. Change encoding to Turkish (ISO-8859-9)
Actual Results:  
Small, unidentified scraps at the top, page seems to be abnormally wide (check screenshot).

Expected Results:  
Page is displayed correctly.

This was caused by bug 174351. Based on what I've read there, this behavior is probably intentional.

Why would you do that?

facebook.com is in UTF-8 (including the Turkish localized version). It's not clear to me how you expect the page to be displayed correctly in the wrong encoding.

Why not? This option is available. Besides, not all users know what they're doing, theres no warning it can break whole layout.

It was working like that in earlier versions, as a user I can expect that the new one will work at least as good as the previous build(not to mention competitive browsers which are resistant to such encoding change).
This is not reproducible anymore on:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090727 Minefield/3.6a1pre
No longer reproducible on older builds, either. Looks like Facebook changed something on their end that causes this to no longer occur. Resolving WORKSFORME.
