I was on this website, I played the video on it and, in the meantime, I scrolled down. The video flashes like crazy. It doesn't happen with Safari 4.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://tv.repubblica.it/copertina/la-pacca-sulle-spalle/33943?video
2. Start the video
3. Scroll the page down
Actual Results:
The video starts flashing while you're scrolling down

Expected Results:
The video should be played normally, with fluent image quality as happens in Safari 4
http://trovacinema.repubblica.it/multimedia/copertina/john-travolta-alla-deriva/7033742/1/1

It happens also with that webpage, if you scroll the page up or down the video flashes
Severity: normal → major
And again, scroll the page down while the video is running (there is an adv video first, you have to wait for it to be played then it starts the actual video)
