User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.21) Gecko/20090403 SeaMonkey/1.1.16
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.21) Gecko/20090403 SeaMonkey/1.1.16

None of the following work to close a tab"
1) right click -> close tab
2) File -> close tab
3) Middle click
Plus tabs have no "close tab" X so there is no way at all for me to close a tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open new tab in browser
2.Attempt to close a tab using one of the above methods

Actual Results:
3.Nothing happens - tab does not close

The behaviour is the same regardless of how many tabs are open.

Expected Results:
One would expect the tab to close using all of the above methods

Version 1.1.16 installed tonight. Previous version was uninstalled first and installation directory deleted. New installation picked up my old profile, bookmarks etc with no problems.

I did search to see if this has been reported already but found nothing that was exactly the same as this one.
Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v2.0a3 / current v2.0b1pre?

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1pre) Gecko/20090626 SeaMonkey/2.0b1pre

It's work fine for me.

Can you reproduce in a second profile (see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager) ?
