In the new title-first autocomplete window, we should allow the title side to cede extra space to the URL side when the titles are all short and don't need to take up their allotted half of the autocomplete window width.  We should of course retain a nice margin between the two sides at all times.
Given the way this is constructed (AutoCompleteCell, which doesn't know anything about its intended contents), doing this is probably going to be Very Hard™
