The current Extend Firefox blog has a section called "Featured Project" on the right column which is currently featuring Project Joey. It needs to be replaced with the Jetpack project. Here's the info:
1) Replace the image with the JP logo attached
2) Replace the label "Project Joey" with "Project Jetpack"
3) Replace the descriptive text with "Jetpack is an API for allowing you to write Firefox add-ons using the web technologies you already know."
4) Point the "Read More" link to https://jetpack.mozillalabs.com/

I think this should be hosted on the addons blog.

Jeremy - I still don't have access to this.

I can send you a copy of the theme to hack, but we don't allow direct access from WordPress to themes anymore. Would that work?

Doesn't really matter, just want to get blog admin to choose a different theme at least then install the css hack plugin oremj made and I can do the rest.

Rey - the extendfirefox blog now looks like the addons blog. In retrospect it might have been easier to just point to the addons blog, but I hope this works. If you want any changes to blog.mozilla.com/extendfirefox/ please let me know and I'd be happy to help.

Hmm. I guess I'm trying to understand why the blog was re-skinned to look like the AMO blog. What I had asked for was a change to 1 image for the featured project.

I realize this isn't waht you wanted, sorry about that. It was mostly to save time. See my reasoning below, and if you still want the old labs stuff, I can help out after 3.5 clears.
Reasons why I did this:
- because the old labs theme is horrible
- labs theme is all hard coded and did not want to go through the extra pain of editing it -- it causes more work for me and IT to grab that theme, edit, then re-upload to blog.mozilla.com -- given 3.5 we don't have much time
- K2 was already there, so just went with it and patched over the AMO blog since we had gadget fox in both
- why advertise Jetpack on the extendfirefox blog when the contest itself doesn't even accept jetpacks?
- why theme it as a labs project when it's an add-ons contest? what?
