Tracking bug to make the global navigation less sucky.

- Add UUID search
- Add fast access to all product / individual product top crashers page

This looks like the nav when your viewing a Firefox 3.5b "Top Crashes By Signature report" and then this allows you to switch to other versions of this report. So the "individual product top crashers page" would change based on what the contents of the page are, right? 

For example:
Query page, would this area point to various other reports (instead of only top crashes by sig).

It would be good to work in the concept of releases:
* major
* milestone
* development

Which default to the most recent version of that release. Then you wouldn't deal with specific versions, unless you needed too.

Example: I'm looking at Firefox 3
major: 3.0.11
milestone: 3.0b5
development: 3.0.12pre
