you cannot scroll down in the "incompatible add-ons" dialog box

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run firefox with several incompatible addons (easy w/ 3.5b4)
2. when the "incompatible addons" box pops up, if there are more than can be viewed at one time, try to scroll down. 
Actual Results:  
The box will scroll down but immediately pop back up to the top

Expected Results:  
The box should scroll down to where you want

ok, sorry about that, I tried searching for "incompatible add-ons" and the bug didn't show up for some reason.
