See the above linked thread in the support forum which makes it really hard to distinguish which OS/platform the commenter is working on. It would be really helpful for Support/QA to have this information available without the need to reask all the people. The user agent comes automatically. So if it can be stored in the db too and displayed under comments in the forum it would save all of us a lot of time.
We now have the OS/platform of the OP. I am not sure that anything else is needed.
Wonfixing this, since we don't have a discussion forum anymore. Commenters should only be people answering the original request.
