mozservice0619.log is in your home directory on people.

just for reference, the log directory is configured to point at an NFS mount, all of the webheads write to the same directory apparently.

How do I access these logs?

I went into cm-vpn01, but I don't see anything named serviceweek or mozillaservice.

People != cm-vpn01. :) You want to ssh into people.mozilla.com.

I was able to retrieve mozservice0619.log. Thanks again, this question is for your comment that I could have gotten the logs of an NFS mount.
Oh, don't think you can get to it. My comment meant that all of the webheads are writing to the same physical logfile, rather than each webhead having its own.
