Testing on the aforementioned URL, and clicking 'Ignore this Warning' causes the reported attack site screen to redraw improperly.
Expected Results: Clicking ignore this warning, takes me to the page
Actual Results: Clicking ignore this warning, improperly redraws the page, (i.e., see screen capture).

This isn't a broken redraw. When you permit the page to be loaded, we go fetch it, but it is just a frame page that points to two (blocked) pages for content. Notice that you can right click in either frame and choose "This Frame->Show only this frame" to get, albeit disappointingly, another block page.
The problem of not being better able to ignore the warning in one frame of a frame set is bug 442929, so I'm going to mark this one as a dup of that. I certainly appreciate, though, why it isn't obvious that this is the problem!
