Bug 495930 adds the string type, so we can remove the code in Weave as we target 1.0b2pre with bug 499355.

Use the built-in richpref[type="string"] binding, which also supports inputtype="password". 

We still have a richpref-disabled binding, so not removing the richpref.xml file yet.
