When opening an email message in Seamonkey 1.9.1 and up to 2.0b1pre, the standalone message window is blank at first, if the message contains images. The source code cannot be viewed. If I am lucky, the image may appear after several minutes. 
Text messages also require long-lasting waits, but usually appear eventually.
The command Menu > View > Message Source is not available in either types of e-mail.
Please fix it.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open SeaMonkey 1.9.1 up to 2.0b1pre.
2. Open Menu > Mail & Newsgroups
3. In the mail list, double click or press Carriage Return to open a message in a standalone message window.
Actual Results:  
Blank standalone message window. 

Expected Results:  
Message window with representation of all the content. Ability to view Message Source.

Theme: Default
Message: E-mail from POP account

Image is in the Attachments? If so, try in menu View - Display Attachments Inline.

Reporter, can you try and reproduce with SeaMonkey v2.0RC1 or 2.0pre ? (

Displays the images in Modern theme?

The problem appears to be solved in SeaMonkay v2.0RC 2. I used normal (not safe) mode with Modern theme, and all e-mails display correctly, whatever with or without images. 
Also, the Source Code displays with all its data.
I consider this bug resolved and fixed.

Well, I also tested the mail client in SeaMonkey v2.1a1pre, which is the current alpha build, and the result is just as fine as in v2.0RC 2.
So why not consider the job well done? Thanks for your efforts, Mozilla Team, I now turned SeaMonkey the default web browser of my computer.
