When exiting Firefox, using the file menu, takes 5 seconds for the window to close.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
instantly closes the window

Safe mode still has the same delay.

This is also true on my Mac -- the beach ball shows up for several seconds when I command Q -- it's pretty darned annoying!

With 60 extensions and 48 hours since start, my Firefox takes 3 minutes to close.

Reporter, are you still seeing this issue with Firefox 3.6.13 or later in safe mode? If not, please close. These links can help you in your testing.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.13 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
