Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.drag a tab out of browser. 2.drop it ouside browser (on desktop) Actual Results: nothing happens Expected Results: a new window should open with the tab in it I'm basing my expected results on this article: http://lifehacker.com/5295655/top-10-firefox-35-feature
