I couldn't see problem on (a) root level Trash and (b) Inbox/Trash, after several restart and several IMAP server access.
I used same profile with 2009/6/21 build, older trunk builds, Tb 2, so garbage of "trash folder status" by old builds probably remained in (a) & (c) when I wrote comment #0. Because 2009/6/21 build doesn't have "multiple Trash" problem, I think the garbage was cleared by 2009/6/21 build and problem on (a) & (b) disappeared.
Problem is now on [Gmail]/Trash only(set in mail.server.serverN.trash_folder_name).
Summary: "Move mails to root level Trash and to [Gmail]/Trash" always creates local offline-store file named "Trash" → "Copy/Move mails to [Gmail]/Trash" always creates local offline-store file
