49965 - [PP]New Profile,New account does not auto. show up in folder pane

Linux (2000-08-23-06 M18)
1.From the package directory, type ./netscape -mail
2.Click on Manage Profiles button when Select User Profile dialog comes up
3.Click on Create Profile, click Next
4.Enter a new profile name, I use qatest38pop, click finish
5.Back to Select User Profile, click Start Netscape
6.Create a new account using the Account wizard until Finish (Congratulation 
comes up).
7.Back to the Messenger window

Actual result: The Messenger Folder pane is blank.  New account is not displayed 
in the Folder pane.
However, when I drag the Sidebar splitter left and right, new account shows up

Expected result: New account should automatically be displayed in the folder 
pane. I should not have to drag the splitter.

This occurs on Linux.
Have not tested Mac and win32 yet.

Since resizing makes the correct content show up, this looks like a layout or

This works fine on linux and win32. I tried two different Mac builds, but 
the accoutn manager wouldn't let me create a mail account (yesterday's build
with the 'textfield has no value' bug). However, as this was only reported
on Linux, marking Worksforme [I assume mailnews tests this on Mac as a matter 
of course anyways).

Tested Win98 and linux build 9-14 and mac build 9-15, created new profiles, 
added new mail account and all works fine now.  Verified
