Separators with added red rectangles

Steps to reproduce:
1) Disable all the toolbar buttons that can be disabled using Navigator prefs.
Actual results:
Button separators are left in the toolbars even though the buttons they are supposed to
separate are gone.
Expected results:
Expected the separators to disappear along the buttons.
Additional information:
Thank you for implementing toolbar customization!
