You right. We have fixed that for messenger, but it appears on some other places. 

$ grep -r גרוז *
browser/chrome/browser/preferences/fonts.dtd:<!ENTITY font.langGroup.georgian "גרוזינית">
dom/chrome/charsetTitles.properties:geostd8.title = גרוזינית (GEOSTD8)
toolkit/chrome/global/languageNames.properties:ka = גרוזינית


while we have it fixed for mail - 

$ grep -r גיאור *
mail/chrome/messenger/preferences/fonts.dtd:<!ENTITY font.langGroup.georgian "גיאורגית">

this changeset also fixes the about:rights page, but does not translate the rights.locale-direction entity to rtl.
