"scroll bar locks at bottom of page, not low enough to see submit bug button"
Cannot scroll further down have to use tab to continue down the page, only happens first time in but every first time in.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to URL
2.use mouse on scroll bar to scroll down page
3.scroll bar comes to the end
4.use tab to tab to next form
Actual Results:  
unable to see submit button on page

Expected Results:  
able to scroll to bottom of the page

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
