The page linked above contains strings of several dozen diacritic-mark characters.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL given above, or virtually any other page that ranks high in a Google search for "Zalgo".
Actual Results:
The characters form vertical stacks that spill into adjacent lines, making them harder to read.

Expected Results:
One of the following:
a) Firefox caps the number of diacritics that can be applied to one character; or
b) the diacritics overlap and occupy the same space, rather than stacking; or
c) Firefox increases the leading above and below the affected lines to accommodate the stacks.
