Tab doesn't work correctly in New AB Card

Details
Steps:
Click on New Card in AB window. Tabs work correctly until Alternate Email. After
that it needs 4-6 tabs to focus on work phone#.
Build and platform:
today's windows commercial build.
the one I was thinking about is

verified.
Should this belong to saari?

Not seeing this on build 2000103104 on Win2000, or any other builds from the
last two weeks that I tested this on. I think this is definately fixed.
Reporter please try this on a recent build and if it works resolve accordingly!
